Karen was born in Santiago, Chile, in 1985.  Graduated from the School of Law in 2007.

Academic – Merit Scholarship (2004, 2006 y 2007).

Academic Experience:
Assistant Professor of International Law in Human Writs  at the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Chile (2007-).
